Head massages are great for relaxing as they help release daily tension. If you want to relax or that your partner forgets the day to day for a while, try this type of massage.

It consists of making very smooth circular movements on the scalp, applying a little more pressure on the temples and cervical area. Start with tiny circles and increase in size as time goes by, it’s super relaxing!
