Tips: How to do foot massages
The massages on the feet are usually carried out to obtain a state of relaxation and well-being, they must be carried out calmly and slowly to provoke the sensation of relaxation that is sought.
After spending many hours standing or walking, the feet are one of the parts of the body that suffers the most. To calm them, put them in hot water with a little salt for 20 minutes: you will see how they automatically relax! Then put a tennis ball under the sole, support your weight on it and roll it from your heel to your toes. It is incredibly relaxing!
Next, knead the entire sole of the foot, including the space between the toes, with gentle touches and friction movements: this will activate blood circulation. If you want, you can extend this massage by the ankle and the calf by tapping with the palms of your hands to relieve tension.
